摘 要:聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)颗粒的引入可有效改善泡沫混凝土的各项性能,但EPS颗粒很难在混凝土内部均匀分散.针对此问题本文对EPS颗粒进行“裹浆造壳”预处理,系统研究了EPS改性工艺对复合泡沫混凝力学性能的影响.并在此基础上引入了膨胀珍珠岩,利用其与EPS的级配作用来进一步改善泡沫混凝土的保温性能.研究结果表明,在EPS颗粒的预处理材料中硫铝酸盐水泥、硅酸盐水泥、铁尾矿按2.5∶2.5∶5的质量份比混合可以使复合泡沫混凝土的抗压强度与抗折强度相较于未经预处理的EPS空白对照组分别提升71.50%和53.33%,EPS颗粒与膨胀珍珠岩按照7∶3的体积份比混合,制备得到的复合泡沫混凝土保温性能最佳,所得复合泡沫混凝土的导热系数为0.119 W/m·K,表观密度为651 kg/m^(3),抗压强度与抗折强度在28天分别达到2.79 MPa和1.01 MPa.In order to improve the thermal insulation performance of foamed concrete,polystyrene foam(EPS)particles were used to modify foamed concrete.Firstly,in order to solve the problem of uniform dispersion of EPS particles in concrete,the surface modification treatment was carried out,and the optimal composition of EPS modified materials was determined through experiments.Then,two kinds of lightweight aggregates,EPS particles and expanded perlite,were introduced into the preparation process of foamed concrete.The results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of the composite foam concrete can be increased by 71.50%and 53.33%respectively compared with the untreated EPS blank group by mixing sulphoaluminate cement,Portland cement and iron tailings in the pretreatment material of EPS particles at a mass ratio of 2.5∶2.5∶5.When EPS particles and expanded perlite are mixed in a volume ratio of 7∶3,the prepared composite foam concrete has the best thermal insulation performance,and the thermal conductivity of the obtained composite foam concrete is 0.119 W/m·K,the apparent density was 651 kg/m^(3),and the compressive strength and flexural strength reached 2.79 MPa and 1.01 MPa in 28 days,respectively.
