摘 要:挠性管板扳边应力比布管区应力大得多,在管板设计计算中应重点考虑。GB/T 16508—2013 《锅壳锅炉》和SH/T 3158—2009 《石油化工管壳式余热锅炉》仅给出了挠性管板扳边结构设计的指导意见和适用范围,没有给出扳边部位的强度计算方法。有关挠性管板应力分析的文献也未给出只考虑压力载荷作用下扳边应力的分类和评定。以1台火管锅壳锅炉为例,对其变形进行分析,建立了5个扳边应力计算有限元模型,研究了在只承受壳程压力载荷下,挠性管板扳边的应力分类和评定。结果认为,挠性管板扳边应力为典型的二次应力,其薄膜应力加弯曲应力应按二次应力进行评定。The stress of the flexible tubesheet in the folded edge area is much greater than the stress in the tube layout area,which should be considered in the design and calculation of the tubesheet.The standards GB/T 16508—2013“Shell Boilers”and SH/T 3158—2009“Tubular Heat Recovery Boilers in Petrochemical Industry”only provide the guidance and scope of application for the design of flexible tubesheet folded edge area structure,and the strength calculation method for the folded edge area is not specified.The literature on stress analysis of flexible tubesheet also does not provide the classification and evaluation of folded edge area stress under pressure load only.Taking a fire tube shell boiler as an example,the deformation of the boiler was analyzed,five finite element models for calculating the folded edge area stress were established,and the stress classification and evaluation of the flexible tubesheet flange under the pressure load of shell side only were studied.The results show that the stress of flexible tubesheet is a typical secondary stress,and its membrane stress and bending stress should be evaluated according to the secondary stress.
