摘　　要：安全阀是承压设备上的重要安全附件,随着安全阀在线校验技术的发展,在线校验技术在石化、电力等领域得到了广泛应用。介绍了安全阀离线校验的基本原理、优缺点,从基本原理、判开准则、优缺点、发展历程等方面,对安全阀外加力法和外加压法在线校验技术进行了阐述。针对安全阀校验中存在的实际问题,提出了安全阀在线检验技术发展趋势。The safety valve is an important safety accessory in pressure-bearing equipment.With the development of online calibration technology for safety valves,online calibration technology has been widely used in many fields such as petrochemical,electric power,and so on.The basic principle,advantages,and disadvantages of off-line calibration of safety valves were introduced,and the online calibration technology of external force method and external pressure method of safety valve was elaborated from the aspects of basic principle,open criterion,advantages and disadvantages,development history,etc.In view of the practical problems existing in safety valve calibration,the development trend of safety valve online calibration technology was put forward.
