摘　　要：高压液压隔膜泵采用静态密封,可确保无泄漏地处理腐蚀性介质。针对某炼化公司加氢裂化装置高压贫液泵的应用现状,根据无泄漏工艺要求,首次采用高压液压隔膜泵代替原高速离心泵进行更新改造。介绍了高压液压隔膜泵的选型计算,综合分析了高压液压隔膜泵的组成和主要部件的功能特点。改造前后高压贫液泵的功耗数据对比结果表明,采用高压液压隔膜泵节能效果显著。高压液压隔膜泵运行平稳、物料适应性强、运行维护费用低且安全环保,具有较高的推广应用价值。The high-pressure hydraulic diaphragm pump with static seal ensures leak-free handling of aggressive media.In view of the application status of high-pressure lean liquid pump of hydrocracking unit of a refining and chemical company,according to the requirements of leak-free process,the high-pressure hydraulic diaphragm pump was used for the first time instead of the original high-speed centrifugal pump for renovation.The selection and calculation of high-pressure hydraulic diaphragm pump was introduced,and the composition and functional characteristics of the main components of high-pressure hydraulic diaphragm pump were comprehensively analyzed.The comparion of the power consumption data of the high-pressure poor liquid pump before and after the transformation shows that the use of high-pressure hydraulic diaphragm pump has a significant energy-saving effect.The high-pressure hydraulic diaphragm pump has a smooth operation,strong material adaptability,and low operation and maintenance costs and is safe and environmentally friendly,and has a high application value.
