摘　　要：根据海洋环境中不锈钢的腐蚀类型及机理,对常用不锈钢材料的合金元素组成及其对耐蚀性能的影响、不锈钢耐腐蚀性能评价、常用防腐衬里类型进行分析介绍。阐述了海上稠油热采平台海水淡化锅炉补给水处理系统防腐设计要点和腐蚀防护措施,对海水淡化锅炉补给水处理系统的设备、阀门和仪表、管道及外防腐设计等进行了具体说明。According to the corrosion type and mechanism of stainless steel in marine environment,the alloying element composition of common stainless steel materials and its effect on corrosion resistance,evaluation of corrosion resistance for stainless steel,the common anticorrosive lining types were analyzed and introduced.The main points of anti-corrosion design and corrosion protection measures for the desalination boiler water treatment system of the offshore thick oil hot production platform were elaborated,and the equipment,valves and instruments,piping and external anti-corrosion design of the desalination boiler water treatment system were specified.
