摘 要:智能供电系统是智慧矿山建设的重要环节,在煤矿智能供电系统建设和实施过程中发现,煤炭行业供电保护装置尚无统一的通讯标准,使得当前绝大多数煤矿的供电设备保护装置型号、参数不统一,其通讯接口和通讯协议不相同,给煤矿实施井下供电系统的智能化改造造成了巨大障碍。根据智慧矿山建设中发现的问题,对相关标准进行了梳理和分析,通过对煤矿供电系统的保护装置、当前广泛应用的2种通讯接口进行总结和比较,对当前其他行业内关于保护装置通讯协议进行分析和归纳,为智慧矿山建设中供电保护装置通讯不统一问题提出了解决方案。Intelligent power supply system is an important part of the smart mine construction.During the construction and implementation of intelligent power supply system in coal mines,it is found that there is no unified communication standard for power supply protection devices in the coal industry,which results in in-consistent models and parameters of power supply protection devices in most coal mines,as well as different communication interfaces and protocols,thus bringing great obstacles to the intelligent transformation of under-ground power supply systems in coal mines.As to the problems found in the smart mine construction,the status quo of relevant standards was sorted out and analyzed.By summarizing and comparing the protection device for coal mine power supply system and the two widely used communication interfaces,and analyzing and summarizing the current communication protocols for protection devices in other industries,this paper pro-poses a solution to the problem of inconsistent communication of power supply protection devices in smart mine construction.
