摘　　要：探究ERCP(内镜下逆行胰胆管造影)治疗胆总管结石合并十二指肠乳头旁憩室的临床效果。选入2021年1月—2023年3月期间收治的胆总管结石合并十二指肠乳头旁憩室患者,总计80例,所有患者均接受ERCP治疗。对患者治疗资料进行回顾性分析,评价此种干预形式应用的有效性、安全性等。研究发现,胆总管结石合并十二指肠乳头旁憩室治疗中,应用ERCP术,有效性较高,且安全性能够得到保证,利于降低并发症发生率,改善患者预后。Explore the effectiveness of ERCP(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography)in the treatment of common bile duct stones combined with duodenal papillary diverticulum.A total of 80 patients with common bile duct stones and duodenal papillary diverticulum admitted between January 2021 and March 2023 were selected.All patients received ERCP treatment.Retrospectively analyze the patient treatment data to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of this intervention form.Research has found that the use of ERCP in the treatment of common bile duct stones combined with duodenal papillary diverticulum is highly effective and safe,which is beneficial for reducing the incidence of complications and improving patient prognosis.
