摘 要:为克服传统铁路设备检修过程中精度差、无卡控和难落实的缺点,文章提出一种智能巡检检修系统方案。其首先将智能检修采集器、智能巡检仪和视频监控融入智能巡检检修系统中,并利用微控制器、上位机、组网通信等技术及所研发的设备检修软件,实现设备巡检检修的信息化和智能化,使系统具备通过算法计算和软件分析来生成检修计划的功能;然后分析铁路检修中设备故障机理及成因,依据故障模式建模分析实现故障率的估计和预测,并根据故障率进行巡检计划的动态安排;最后通过采集现场数据进行实证分析,完成对巡检计划的合理性评估。某实际应用案例结果显示,采用该方案后,根据所安排的巡检计划,在大部分故障发生前可以完成4次巡检,占比为89.1%,同时第一次和第二次巡检被100%安排在故障前,第三次巡检有97.4%被安排在故障前;按照频次计算,可减少35%的巡检次数和46%的辅修/小修次数,这充分论证了该智能巡检检修系统能提高工作效率并降低检修成本,实现设备保养和检修能力的提升。In order to overcome the shortcomings of poor accuracy,control absence and difficult implementation in the process of conventional railway equipment maintenance,this paper proposes an intelligent patrol inspection system solution,which integrates intelligent inspection and maintenance collectors,intelligent patrol inspection instruments and video monitors,and leverages microcontrollers,host computers,networked communication and other advanced technologies,as well as the developed equipment maintenance software,to realize the information-based and intellectualized patrol inspection on equipment.Thus this system functions to generate maintenance plans through algorithm calculation and software analysis,analyze the mechanisms and causes of the equipment failures identified in railway maintenance,and estimate and predict failure rates based on the failure mode modeling,and enable dynamic adjustment of patrol inspection plans.In addition,by collecting field data for empirical analysis,this system can assess the resulting patrol inspection plans for rationality.Revealed in an application case,the patrol inspection plans generated on the basis of the proposed solution enabled 4 rounds of patrol inspection before a majority of failures occurred,accounting for 89.1%,among which the first and second rounds and the third round were finished by 100%and 97.4%respectively before occurrence of any failure,equivalent to a reduction of 35%patrol inspection and 46%auxiliary repair and minor repair.It is fully demonstrated that the intelligent patrol inspection system can improve efficiency and reduce costs of inspection and maintenance,offering significant potential for upgrading the ability of equipment inspection and maintenance.
