摘 要:针对某四缸发动机缸体5个斜油孔钻削中加工效率低、精度误差大、自动化水平低的问题,采取工序集中原则,提出一次装夹后对5个斜油孔同时加工的工艺方案;考虑缸体生产中经输送轨道运输,确定了由右端液压油缸带动中间被夹紧后的夹具和缸体一起旋转至斜油孔与左端水平放置的专用机床主轴同轴位置后,经导向装置引导加工的整体布局方案和加工姿态;阐述了夹具的结构组成和工作原理,进行了夹紧力计算和关键定位块有限元分析,验证了夹具的可行性。In view of the problems of low processing efficiency,large precision error,and low automa‐tion level in the drilling of five inclined oil holes in the cylinder block of a four-cylinder engine,a scheme of simultaneously processing five inclined oil holes after one clamping was proposed based on the principle of process centralization.By considering the transportation of the cylinder block through the conveying track during production,the overall layout scheme and processing attitude were deter‐mined.Specifically,with the help of the guiding instrument,the right hydraulic cylinder drove the mid‐dle clamped fixture and cylinder block to rotate to the coaxial position of the inclined oil hole and the spindle of the special machine tool placed horizontally at the left end.The structure and working princi‐ple of the fixture were clarified.The clamp force calculation and finite element analysis of the key posi‐tioning block were carried out to verify the feasibility of the fixture.
