摘 要:针对蒸汽加热器运行过程中常见的冷侧介质出口温度偏低问题,以某台丙烯蒸汽加热器为例进行了详细研究。结果表明,蒸汽或冷侧介质操作参数在一定范围内变化时,对冷侧介质出口温度影响不显著,但需要确保加热器具备足够的换热面积以适应工艺操作弹性。疏水阀设计排水量偏小,设备布置和配管导致的疏水阀运行背压过高是造成冷侧介质出口温度偏低的主要原因。同时,滞流也是造成该现象的另一个常见原因。基于分析结果,提出了从工艺流程、设备布置和配管、稳定生产负荷等几个方面的对策建议。在所研究的案例中,通过更换疏水阀,蒸汽加热器的运行效果得到了显著改善。Aiming at the common problem of low outlet temperature of cold side medium during steam heater operation,a propylene steam heater was studied in detail.The results show that when the operating parameters of steam or cold side medium vary within a certain range,the influence on the outlet temperature of cold side medium is not significant,but it is necessary to ensure that the heater has enough heat exchange area to adapt to the flexibility of process operation.The main reason for the low temperature at the outlet of the cold medium is that the design displacement of the trap is too small and the operating back pressure of the trap is too high due to the equipment layout and pipe distribution.At the same time,stagnant flow is another common reason for this phenomenon.Based on the analysis results,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of process flow,equipment layout and piping,stable production load,etc.In the case studied in this paper,the operation of the steam heater was significantly improved by replacing the trap.
