摘 要:为了研究不同工作参数下油气旋流器的分离性能,以某型号的油气旋流器为研究对象,利用CFD方法对油气旋流器进行两相流模拟仿真,结合响应面优化方法,研究了气泡尺寸大小、入口速度和入口含气量对旋流器分离性能的影响。研究结果表明:三种工作参数对油气旋流器的分离效率及压降的影响程度次序均为入口速度>气泡尺寸>入口含气量,其中气泡尺寸和入水含气量对分离效率的影响程度大于压降,入口速度对压降的影响程度大于分离效率;通过对响应面求解,得到最佳工作参数下的旋流器分离效率,分离效率提高了14.95%。研究结果可为油气旋流器实际应用过程中工作参数优选提供参考。In order to study the separation performance of an oil gas cyclone under different operating parameters,taking a model of oil gas cyclone as the research object,the two-phase flow simulation of an oil gas cyclone was carried out by using CFD method.Combined with response surface optimization method,the effects of bubble size,inlet velocity and inlet gas content on the separation performance of the cyclone were studied.The results show that the order of influence of the three working parameters on the separation efficiency and pressure drop is inlet velocity>bubble size>inlet gas content.The influence of bubble size and inlet gas content on the separation efficiency is greater than that of the pressure drop,and the influence of inlet velocity on the pressure drop is greater than that of the separation efficiency.By solving the response surface,the separation efficiency of the cyclone under the optimal working parameters is obtained,and the separation efficiency is increased by 14.95%.The research results can provide reference for the optimization of working parameters in the actual application of the oil gas cyclone.
