摘 要:针对敞口自由液面搅拌槽多相流场的数值模拟问题,以气液两相流耦合固相干涉沉降运动分析的方法对三相流模型进行合理简化,建立了气-液-固三相敞口双叶轮搅拌槽的简化模型。基于简化模型,完成了搅拌槽流场特性分析以及扰流挡板等变量对流场的影响研究,给出优化配置方案,并通过某核电站用杂质试验装置试验,验证简化模型的工程可行性。结果表明,该简化模型在仅关注流场宏观时具有工程可信精度。Aiming at the numerical simulation of multiphase flow field in an open free-surface mixing tank,the three-phase flow model was reasonably simplified by analyzing the sedimentation motion of gas-liquid two-phase flow coupled with solid-phase interference,and a simplified model of a gas-liquid-solid three-phase open double-impeller mixing tank was established.Based on the simplified model,the flow field characteristics of the stirred tank and the influence of variables such as the spoiler on the flow field were analyzed,and the optimal configuration scheme was given.The engineering feasibility of the simplified model was verified by the test of an impurity test device used in a nuclear power plant.The results show that the simplified model has engineering reliability accuracy when only focusing on the macroscopic flow field.
