摘  要:为了得到更加符合工程实际和合理可行的高温管道法兰螺栓热紧方法,设计搭建了由一对突面对焊钢制管法兰组成的试验装置,对高温管道法兰螺栓一次预紧和二次热紧后剩余预紧力进行测量,结果表明:可以通过增大施加预紧应力的办法,保证高温管道法兰螺栓连接结构的可靠性和密封性效果,并且二次热紧时施加的预紧应力可以比一次预紧适当小一些。In order to obtain a thermal tightening method of high temperature pipe flange bolts that is more in line with engineering practice and reasonable and feasible,a test device consisting of a pair of welded steel pipe flanges with protrusible faces was designed and built to measure the residual pretightening force of the high temperature pipe flange bolts after primary pretightening and secondary thermal tightening. The results show that: The reliability and sealing effect of the bolted connection structure of the high temperature pipe flange can be ensured by increasing the applied preload stress, and the preload stress applied in the secondary heat tightening can be smaller than that in the primary preload.
