摘  要:为研究日粮添加益生菌对育肥湖羊生长性能、屠宰性能、血液生化指标的影响,选取80日龄左右体重接近的健康湖羊60只,随机分为4个处理组(每组3个重复)。对照组饲喂基础日粮;试验A组、B组、C组分别在基础日粮中添加2%益生菌FA1、4%益生菌FA1、2%益生菌FA2。正试期1~60 d,每天记录各重复羊只采食量,在第1、30、60天称量试验羊体重,第60天静脉采血检测血液生化指标,第75天每个重复屠宰2只羊,测定屠宰性能与肉品质。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加益生菌的各试验组前30 d平均料重比均显著降低(P<0.05);试验B组、C组羊屠宰率显著提高(P<0.05);试验A组、B组肌肉剪切力显著降低(P<0.05);各试验组血液中CAT和LZM含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验B组、C组的ACP、MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),T-AOC、SOD含量显著提高(P<0.05);试验C组IgG含量显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加不同比例益生菌FA1或FA2均可以显著提高育肥期湖羊的生产性能和屠宰率,提高机体免疫力和抗氧化能力。To investigate the effects of dietary probiotics on growth performance,slaughter performance,blood biochemical indexes,and rumen fluid pH of fattening Hu sheep,sixty Hu lambs close to 80 days of age were randomly divided into four treatment groups(3 replicates per group and five lambs per replicate),the control group was fed basal diet,test group A with 2%probiotic FA1,test group B with 4%probiotic FA1,and test group C with 2%probiotic FA2.In the trial period 1~60 d,the feed intake of each replicate sheep was recorded every day.The body weight of the experimental sheep was weighed on the 1st,30th,and 60th days,and venous blood samples were collected on the 60th day for determination.On the 75th day of the trial period,two sheep were slaughtered in each replicate to determine the slaughter performance and meat quality.The results showed compared with the control group,the average feed-to-gain ratio of the experimental groups in the first 30 days significantly decreased(P<0.05).The dressing percentage of mutton sheep in groups B and C significantly increased(P<0.05).The muscle shear force in groups A and B significantly decreased(P<0.05).The contents of CAT and LZM in experimental groups significantly increased(P<0.05),the contents of ACP and MDA in experimental groups B and C significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the contents of T-AOC and SOD significantly increased(P<0.05)in the blood.The IgG content of test group C significantly increased(P<0.05).These results indicate that dietary probiotics FA1 or FA2 can significantly improve the productive performance and dressing percentage of Hu sheep,and enhance the body's immunity and antioxidant capacity.
