摘　　要：山东省是全国水禽养殖生产第一大省,水禽业在畜牧产业中占有相当比重,“十三五”是山东水禽业飞速发展期,初步奠定了迈向高质量发展的基础和条件。该文从供给能力、科技支撑、市场开发、繁育体系、发展导向、从业结构等方面总结回顾了“十三五”时期山东水禽产业发展成效,从新形势下的机遇和挑战2个方面分析了“十四五”水禽业发展环境,并从调优饲养品种结构、市场主体结构、要素驱动结构、产品供给结构、产业组织结构、产业布局结构等方面对加快产业高质量发展提出对策建议。Shandong is the largest province of waterfowl production in China.The waterfowl industry occupies a considerable proportion of the animal husbandry.The 13 th Five-Year has seen the rapid development of Shandong waterfowl industry,which initially lays the foundation and conditions for its high-quality development.The development results of Shandong waterfowl industry during the 13 th Five-Year period was summarized and reviewed from the supply capacity,technological support,market development,reproduction and breeding system,development orientation and employment structure.The development environment of the waterfowl industry in the 14 th Five-Year period was analyzed in terms of opportunity and challenge.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the high-quality development of the industry from the aspects of adjusting and optimizing the breed structure,the main market structure,the factor-driven structure,the product supply structure,the industrial organization structure,and the industrial layout structure.
