摘 要:采用盆栽土培试验,在裸燕麦抽穗期喷施50μmol/L硫氢化钠(Na HS,硫化氢供体)溶液,研究硫化氢对盐碱(水溶性盐浓度3.18 g/kg,Na Cl∶Na_(2)SO_(4)∶Na_(2)CO_(3)∶Na HCO_(3)=12∶8∶1∶9)胁迫下叶片脯氨酸、精氨酸代谢和产量构成因素的影响。结果表明:盐碱胁迫下,喷施Na HS后第7 d显著提高了裸燕麦叶片Δ^(1)-吡咯啉-5-羧酸合成酶(P5CS)、鸟氨酸-δ-氨基转移酶(δ-OAT)、鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)活性和脯氨酸、亚精胺含量及(亚精胺+精胺)/腐胺比值,显著降低了鸟氨酸(Orn)含量和精氨酸酶(ARG)活性;第14 d,喷施Na HS裸燕麦叶片脯氨酸含量、精氨酸含量、亚精胺含量、(亚精胺+精胺)/腐胺比值和ARG活性显著提高,而脯氨酸脱氢酶(Pro DH)和二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性、Orn和一氧化氮(NO)含量显著降低。另外,喷施Na HS显著缓解了盐碱胁迫下裸燕麦穗粒数和籽粒产量的下降。表明外源硫化氢能够通过调控脯氨酸和精氨酸代谢增强裸燕麦对盐碱的耐性。A pot experiment was conducted in which naked oats were sprayed with 50μmol/L sodium hydrosulfide solution(NaHS,hydrogen sulfide donor)at heading stage,the effects of hydrogen sulfide on the metabolism of proline and arginine in leaves and yield components of naked oats(Avena nude L.)under stress of saline-alkali(water soluble salt concentration 3.18 g/kg,molar ratio NaCl∶Na_(2)SO_(4)∶Na_(2)CO_(3)∶NaHCO_(3)=12∶8∶1∶9)were studied.The results showed that under saline-alkali stress,after 7 days of spraying NaHS,the activities ofΔ^(1)-pyrroline-5-carboxylate synthetase(P5CS),ornithine-δ-aminotransferase(δ-OAT)and ornithine decarboxylase(ODC),the contents of proline and spermidine,and the(spermidine+spermine)/putrescine ratio in leaves of naked oats increased significantly,while ornithine(Orn)content and the arginase(ARG)activity decreased significantly.On the 14th day after spraying NaHS,the contents of proline,arginine and spermidine,the(spermidine+spermine)/putrescine ratio and the ARG activity of naked oat leaves increased significantly,while the activities of proline dehydrogenase(ProDH)and diamine oxidase(DAO)and the contents of Orn and nitric oxide(NO)were decreased significantly.In addition,spraying NaHS significantly alleviated the decrease in spike grain numbers and grain yield of naked oats under saline-alkali stress.This indicated that exogenous hydrogen sulfide can enhance the saline-alkali tolerate of naked oats by regulating the metabolism of proline and arginine.
