基于补气固腠理的宫颈HR-HPV持续感染防治思路

摘　　要：高危人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)持续感染与宫颈癌的发病呈显著相关性。本文从扶正角度出发,提出宫颈HR-HPV持续感染的防治思路——补气固腠理,重建机体全身及感染局部的免疫屏障。补气既指调补机体一身正气,调节全身免疫功能以卫外祛邪,又指充养机体卫气,使机体腠理固密增强宫颈局部免疫功能。从而阻断HR-HPV因宫颈上皮破损侵入人体的路径,同时协助机体清除病毒持续感染。针对补气固腠理重建免疫屏障防治宫颈HR-HPV持续感染进行深入研究,对防治宫颈HR-HPV持续感染及阻断预防宫颈癌具有重要意义。High risk-human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)is significantly associated with the development of cervical cancer.From the perspective of reinforcing the healthy qi,this article proposed an idea for the prevention and treatment of persistent cervical HR-HPV infection-reinforcing qi and consolidating striated layer,aiming to reconstruct the immune barrier of the whole body and the local area of infection.Reinforcing qi refers to not only reinforcing the body’s healthy qi and regulating the immune function of the whole body to defend the external pathogens,but nourishing the body’s defensive qi to consolidate striated layer to strengthen the local immune functions of cervix.On the one hand,it blocks the pathway for HR-HPV to invade the body due to cervical epithelial damage,and on the other hand,it helps the body to clear the virus persistent infection.In-depth research on the prevention and treatment of persistent cervical HR-HPV infection from reconstructing immune barrier with reinforcing qi and consolidating striated layer has far-reaching practical significance for prevention and treatment of persistent cervical HR-HPV infection and interruption of cervical cancer.
