基于属性偏序结构的《医学衷中参西录》妇科疾病医案用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的分析《医学衷中参西录》妇科疾病医案用药规律,探讨张锡纯辨治妇科疾病处方思路及学术思想。方法整理《医学衷中参西录》涉及经、带、胎、产、乳、杂的妇科疾病医案处方。采用SPSS Statistics 26软件进行数据挖掘和知识发现,分析纳入处方高频药物、性味、归经。绘制属性偏序结构图,进行层次角度分析和群结构角度分析,分析核心药物。结果纳入处方154首,涉及药物119味。高频药物有白术、白芍、黄芪、鸡内金、山药、甘草、玄参等。药性以温、平性为主,药味以甘、苦味为主,多归于肝经、脾经。处方核心药物为白术、白芍、黄芪。结论张锡纯治疗妇科疾病以补益气血为主,强调肝脾兼顾,遣方多用健脾益气、柔肝养阴、调补气血之品。Objective To analyze the medication law of medical records of gynecological diseases in Yi Xue Zhong Zhong Can Xi Lu;To explore Zhang Xichun’s prescription idea and academic thought of clinical differentiation and treatment of gynecological diseases.Methods Prescriptions about menses,leukorrhea,pregnancy,birth,milk,and miscellaneous diseases of gynecological diseases in Yi Xue Zhong Zhong Can Xi Lu were sorted out.SPSS Statistics 26 software was used to conduct data mining and knowledge discovery,and the high-frequency drugs,property and taste,and meridian tropism were included in the analysis.The attribute partial order structure diagram was drawn,and the hierarchical perspective and group structure perspective were analyzed to analyze the core drugs.Results Totally 154 prescriptions were involved,including 119 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The high-frequency drugs were Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix alba,Astragali Radi,Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneumm,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Scrophulariae Radix,etc.The main properties were warm and mild,and the main tastes were sweet and bitter,mainly for liver meridian and spleen meridian.The core drugs in the prescriptions were Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix alba,Astragali Radix,etc.Conclusion Zhang Xichun’s treatment of gynecological diseases emphasizes the balance between liver and spleen,and focuses on tonifying qi and blood.The core idea in the prescriptions is invigorating the spleen and qi,softening the liver and nourishing yin,and regulating and tonifying qi and blood".
