中医药治疗三阴性乳腺癌研究文献可视化分析

摘　　要：目的了解中医药治疗三阴性乳腺癌研究热点和趋势,为相关研究提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)建库至2022年11月发表的中医药治疗三阴性乳腺癌研究文献。采用NoteExpress3.5.0软件进行文献管理、剔重及人工筛选,采用Excel2016软件绘制发文趋势图,采用CiteSpace6.1.R1软件对作者、研究机构进行共现分析,对关键词进行共现、聚类时间线、突现分析并绘制知识图谱。结果经筛选,纳入316篇文献,年发文量整体呈上升趋势,发文量最高的作者为刘胜,发文较多的研究机构有北京中医药大学、上海中医药大学、南京中医药大学。高频关键词有细胞凋亡、数据挖掘、细胞增殖、用药规律、三阴方等。结论中医药治疗三阴性乳腺癌研究领域近年热度逐渐增加,不同区域机构间存在一定合作关系。数据挖掘、名医经验、自拟方药的转化是研究热点,细胞凋亡等分子机制研究是今后研究趋势。Objective To understand the research hotspots and trends of TCM for the treatment of triplenegative breast cancer;To provide directions for subsequent research.Methods Research literature on TCM for the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer published in China Knowledge Resources Database(CNKI),Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),and Chinese Academic Journal Database(Wanfang Data)from the establishment of the databases to November 1,2022 was retrieved.NoteExpress 3.5.0 software was used for literature management,check weighting and manual screening,and Excel 2016 software was used to plot trends of publications.CiteSpace 6.1.R1 software was used for co-occurrence analysis of authors and research institutions,and keywords were analyzed for co-occurrence,clustering timeline,emergence and knowledge mapping.Results After screening,316 articles were included,with an overall upward trend in the number of annual publications,and the author with the highest number of publications was Liu Sheng.The research institutions with more articles were Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.High-frequency keywords included“apoptosis”,“data mining”,“cell proliferation”,“medication law”,“Sanyin Prescription”and so on.Conclusion The research field of TCM for the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer has gradually increased in heat in recent years,and there is some cooperation between different regional institutions.Data mining,experience of famous doctors,and transformation of self-made prescriptions are hot spots for research,and research on molecular mechanisms such as apoptosis is a future research trend.
