基于国家专利的中医内治美容养颜用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的探究中医内治美容养颜组方规律,为相关研究及应用提供参考。方法计算机检索国家知识产权局专利公布公告平台2001年12月1日-2021年12月31日收录的中医内治美容养颜专利数据。采用Excel2016统计药物功效,结合R语言对组方药物信息进行用药频次、关联规则和层次聚类分析。结果经筛选,共纳入中医内治美容养颜专利906项涉及药物327味,主题包括调理气血、调理脏腑功能等,涉及现代药效学调节免疫、淡斑祛斑、抗衰老等方面。药物功效分类多为补益类,使用频次最高的药物是枸杞子。关联规则及聚类分析显示,以当归为中心进行配伍组合;高频药物有枸杞子、当归、茯苓、甘草、大枣、人参、黄芪等,与“四君子汤”“当归补血汤”化裁方类似。结论中医内治美容养颜从调节免疫、补益气血等角度组方,多用补益类药物,随证配伍活血化瘀类、清热类药物等,以气血双补为基本思路。Objective To explore the prescription law of TCM internal treatment and beauty care:To provide reference for related research and application.Methods The data of TCM internal treatment and beauty care patents were retrieved from the patent publication platform of the State Intellectual Property Office from December 1,2001 to December 31,2021.Excel2016 was used to calculate drug efficacy,and R language was combined to analyze drug frequency,association rules and hierarchical clustering of the information of drugs in the prescriptions.Results After screening,a total of 906 TCM internal treatment and beauty care patents involving 327 kinds of Chinese materia medica were included,and the themes included regulating qi and blood,regulating the function of viscera,involving modern pharmacodynamics to regulate immunity,lightening freckling and removing freckling,anti-aging and other aspects.Drug efficacy classification was mainly tonifying,and the highest frequency of use of the drug was Lycii Fructus.Association rules and clustering analysis showed that the compatibility combination was carried out with Angelicae Sinensis Radix as the center.The high frequency drugs included Lycii Fructus,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Poria,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Jujubae Fructus,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Astragali Radix and so on,which were similar to Sijunzi Decoction and Danggui Buxue Decoction.Conclusion The TCM internal treatment of beauty care is formulated from the perspective of immune regulation,qi and blood tonifying,multi-purpose tonifying drugs,with the combination of activating blood circulation and reducing blood stasis and clearing heat drugs according to syndromes,taking qi-blood tonifying as the basic idea.
