姚魁武运用温补法治疗脓疱型毛囊炎验案举隅

摘　　要：姚魁武教授认为,脓疱型毛囊炎患者多病程日久,症状反复,病程迁延不愈,病机关键在于内有脾肾阳虚,外有湿热毒邪侵袭,而脾胃功能与湿热毒邪外侵关系密切,临床治疗善用寒温同调,重视温补脾肾,通过补阳清热、标本兼治法顾护正气,鼓邪外出。方用甘草泻心汤、乌梅丸、麻黄附子细辛汤加减,疗效满意。Professor Yao Kuiwu believes that patients with pustular folliculitis have a long course of disease,repeated symptoms,and prolonged course of disease.The key point of pathogenesis is the yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and the invasion of damp-heat and toxic pathogens.The function of spleen and stomach is closely related to the invasion of damp-heat and toxic pathogens.In clinical treatment,it is good to use cold and warm,pay attention to warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney,by tonifying yang and clearing heat,and treating both symptoms and root causes to protect healthy qi and encourage pathogenic factors out.Modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction,Wumei Pills,and Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction could be used,with satisfactory efficacy.
