摘　　要：偏头痛是一种常见的神经系统疾病,具有病程长、易反复等特点,历代医家多从风、火、痰、虚、瘀论治。李妍怡教授临床重视“血”之为病在疾病发生、发展过程中的影响,根据痛必有瘀、久病入络致瘀等特点,认为瘀阻脉络是本病的核心病机,寒凝、气滞、痰阻是瘀血形成的关键因素,也是引起偏头痛的重要原因。李教授以活血化瘀为基本治法,自拟佛手定痛汤活血化瘀、通络止痛,取得满意疗效。Migraine is a common nervous system disease,with a long course of disease,easy to repeat and other characteristics.Doctors of past dynasties mostly treat it according to wind,fire,phlegm,deficiency and blood stasis.Professor Li Yanyi attaches great importance to the influence of“blood”in the occurrence and development of the disease.According to the characteristics of pain resulting from blood stasis,and chronic illness causing blood stasis,etc,she proposes that blood stasis is the core pathogenesis of this disease.Cold condensation,qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation are important reasons for the formation of blood stasis,and also the key factors causing migraine.Professor Li takes promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis as the basic treatment method,and creates self-made Foshou Dingtong Decoction to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,dredging collaterals and relieving pain,which achieved satisfactory curative effect.
