摘  要:艾灸疗法在皮肤科应用广泛且疗效显著,涉及病毒性皮肤病、变态反应相关皮肤病、精神神经相关皮肤病、红斑丘疹鳞屑性皮肤病、结缔组织相关皮肤病、过敏性紫癜、痤疮、斑秃、雄激素性脱发、黄褐斑、白癜风、尖锐湿疣、皮肤溃疡等方面。本文梳理艾灸治疗皮肤病相关文献,综述艾灸在皮肤科疾病的研究进展。艾灸主要通过温热效应、光辐射效应及燃烧产物发挥作用,可调节皮肤科疾病患者整体免疫、改善睡眠质量。艾灸干预皮肤科疾病机制涉及止痒、镇痛、镇静、安神抗焦虑、活血化瘀改善局部微循环、调节和增强局部或整体免疫功能、改善疲劳状态、增强和调节胃肠道功能、抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、促进机体代谢、促进创面愈合等作用。Moxibustion therapy is widely used in dermatology and has significant efficacy,involving viral skin diseases,morbid-related skin diseases,psychoneuro-related skin diseases,erythema papulosquamous skin diseases,connective tissue related skin diseases,purpura,acne,alopecia areata,androgenic alopecia,melasma,vitiligo,condyloma acuminatum,AIDS,skin ulcers and other aspects.This article reviewed the literature on moxibustion treatment of skin diseases,and summarized the research progress of moxibustion in dermatology.Moxibustion can regulate the overall immunity of patients with dermatological diseases and improve the quality of sleep mainly through the effects of temperature and heat,light radiation and combustion products.The mechanism of moxibustion in the treatment of dermatological diseases may be based on its functions of relieving pruritic,analgesic,calming,calming and anti-anxiety,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,improving local microcirculation,regulating and enhancing local or global immune function,improving fatigue state,enhancing and regulating gastrointestinal function,anti-bacterial,antiviral,anti-inflammatory,promoting body metabolism,and promoting wound healing.
