摘  要:目的预测线叶蓟在全国范围内的潜在适宜分布区,为线叶蓟野生资源开发及人工栽培驯化等提供理论依据。方法收集248条线叶蓟样点分布数据,结合55个生态因子数据,应用最大熵模型和地理信息系统软件(ArcGIS)分析影响线叶蓟适宜性分布的主要生态因子。结果影响线叶蓟适宜性分布的主导环境因子为11月降水量、3月降水量、5月平均气温、9月平均气温、最暖季平均温、植被类型和土壤类型。线叶蓟高度适生区主要集中于浙江、重庆、广西东北部、四川东部、湖北西北部和东部。结论本研究结果可为线叶蓟野生资源开发利用及规范化种植提供参考。Objective To predict the potential suitable distribution areas of Cirsium lineare(Thunb.)Sch.-Bip.;To provide theoretical basis for the development of wild resources of Cirsium lineare(Thunb.)Sch.-Bip.and the domestication of artificial cultivation.Methods The data of 248 sites of Cirsium lineare(Thunb.)Sch.-Bip.was collected,combined with the 55 ecological factor data,the MaxEnt model and ArcGIS were applied to analyze the main environmental factors affecting the suitability distribution of Cirsium lineare(Thunb.)Sch.-Bip.Results Dominant ecological factors for the suitability distribution of Cirsium lineare(Thunb.)Sch.-Bip.were precipitation in November,precipitation in March,average temperature in May,average temperature in September,average temperature in the warmest season,vegetation type,and soil type.The potential suitable distribution areas of Cirsium lineare(Thunb.)Sch.-Bip.were mainly concentrated in Zhejiang,Chongqing,northeastern Guangxi,eastern Sichuan,and northwestern and eastern Hubei.Conclusion The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for the conservation,rational utilization and standardized planting of wild resources of Cirsium lineare(Thunb.)Sch.-Bip.
