基于复杂网络分析针灸治疗炎症性肠病腧穴配伍规律

摘　　要：目的通过复杂网络技术,分析针灸临床治疗炎症性肠病(IBD)的选穴规律。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data)、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、Ovid建库至2021年5月31日收录的针灸治疗IBD的临床研究文献,采用Excel2019建立处方腧穴数据库,通过SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行关联规则分析,采用Gephi0.9.2软件构建复杂网络模型并分析拓扑结构。结果共纳入384首针灸处方,涉及81个腧穴,高频腧穴包括天枢、足三里、上巨虚、大肠俞、关元,多选用特定穴中的募穴、下合穴,所用腧穴以足阳明胃经、任脉经穴为主;关联规则分析显示,关联程度最高的是天枢-足三里。结论针灸治疗IBD选穴以足阳明胃经腧穴为主,且多用特定穴,以募穴为主。天枢是治疗IBD核心腧穴,与足三里、上巨虚、大肠俞等穴配伍使用。Objective To analyze the acupoint selection law of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)through complex network technology.Methods The clinical research literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of IBD was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library and Ovid from the establishment to May 31,2021.The database of prescription acupoints was established by Excel 2019.The association rules were analyzed by SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,and Gephi 0.9.2 software was used to construct complex network model and analyze the topological structure.Results Totally 384 prescriptions including 81 acupoints were involved.The acupoints with high frequency were Tianshu(ST25),Zusanli(ST36),Shangjuxu(ST37),Dachangshu(BL25)and Guanyuan(CV4);Mu acupoint and Xiahe acupoint were mostly selected from specific acupoints;the acupoints used were mainly stomach meridian of foot-yangming and conception vessel;association rules showed that the highest degree of association was Tianshu(ST25)-Zusanli(ST36).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of IBD is mainly based on the acupoints of stomach meridian,and more specific acupoints are used,mainly Mu acupoints.Tianshu(ST25),as the core acupoint for the treatment of the disease,is compatible with Zusanli(ST36),Shangjuxu(ST37),Dachangshu(BL25)and other acupoints to treat the disease.
