摘  要:为了探讨玉米测量密度修正系数的测定方法和影响因素,本实验以“郑单958”为研究对象,采用自制高大平房仓的实验室容重测量装置和电子容重器,测量并计算了不同含水量和不同杂质含量下玉米密度修正系数,分析了含水量、杂质含量对修正系数的影响。结果表明:“郑单958”玉米实物数量测量密度修正系数分别随含水量、杂质含量的增加而减小,均成二次函数关系,低水分、低杂质样品的修正系数较高;修正系数(Y)与含水量(W)、杂质含量(Z)建立线性回归拟合方程为Y=-0.006 W-0.008 Z+1.122。In order to discuss determination method and influencing factors of measured density coefficient of corn,‘ZhengDan 958’was used as the research objects,using self-made laboratory bulk density measuring device for large bungalow warehouse and electronic bulk density device tomeasure and calculate correction coefficient of corn density under different moisture content and different impurities content,as well as the effects of moisture content and impurities content on the correction coefficient were analyzed.The results indicated that:density correction coefficient of physical quantity measurement of‘ZhengDan 958’corn decreased with the increase of water content and impurity content respectively,satisfying the quadratic function relationship;the correction coefficient of low moisture and low impurity samples was high;the fitting equation of correction coefficient(Y)with water content(W)and impurity content(Z)was Y=-0.006W-0.008Z+1.122.
