摘  要:介绍了球墨铸铁重型辅板铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺:采用半开放式浇注系统、倾斜侧浇工艺,在铸件的顶部设置溢流冒口,吸纳充型过程中前沿的低温铁液,消除铸件顶部表面积碳或皱皮;采用共聚料STMMA3A#材料进行珠粒预发泡,选用新型SZ-1型消失模干粉涂料进行涂料混制,波美度控制在63~65°Bé。生产结果显示:铸件外形轮廓清晰,表面没有出现渣孔、皱皮类铸造缺陷,内浇道位置没有出现缩孔缺陷,重型辅板轮缘的不平整度<3 mm,铸件加工后,加工面没有出现黑皮,铸件的整体质量达到了技术要求。The structure and technical requirements of nodular iron heavy-duty auxiliary plate castings were introduced.The production process of the castings was elaborated in detail:using semi-open gating system,tilt casting process.An overflow riser was set on the top of the casting to absorb the cutting-edge low-temperature molten iron and eliminates carbon or wrinkle on the top surface of casting.The copolymer material STMMA3A#was used for pre-foaming.The new SZ-1 type dry powder for lost foam molding was used for mixing coating.The Baume degree was controlled at 63~65°Bé.The production results showed that:the outline of the casting was clear.There were no slag holes and wrinkled skin casting defects on surface and no shrinkage and cavity defects appear on inner runner.The unevenness of the heavy-duty auxiliary plate rim was less than 3 mm.After the casting was machined,there was no black skin on the processed surface and the overall quality of the casting met the technical requirements.
