大型蜗壳球铁件砂芯固定方法的合理改进

摘  要:介绍了大型蜗壳铸件的结构及生产过程中出现的铸件壁厚不合格问题,分析认为其主要原因是砂芯的固定设计不合理,砂芯在浇注过程中浮力的变化,导致砂芯发生位移,使铸件出现尺寸偏差,甚至出现壁厚缺失。结合现场实际铸件生产,对大型蜗壳铸件的砂芯固定设计从浮力计算、芯头受力面积对比、芯骨结合砂箱的组合连接方式以及芯撑的结构固定方式提出砂芯的固定方案,最终使砂芯固定牢固有效,铸件的表面质量、尺寸精度提升明显,满足生产过程的质量特性需求。The structure of large volute casting and the problem of unqualified wall thickness during production were introduced.By analysis,it was considered that the main reason was that the fixing design of the sand core was unreasonable,the floating force change caused sand core displacement,caused casting dimensional deviation,and even caused wall thickness missing.Combined with the actual site casting production,as well as the structure of chaplet and fixing type,the sand core fixing scheme was proposed,the sand core was fixed firmly finally and effectively,and the surface quality and dimensional precision of the casting were significantly improved to meet the quality characteristics of the production process.
