摘　　要：围绕水冷长炉龄冲天炉的炉龄问题,分析了水冷长炉龄冲天炉现有的3种连续出铁/出渣装置,包括炉前连续出铁/出渣装置、炉前出铁/炉后出渣装置及压力分渣器,说明了这3种装置的特征和特性,提出了将高炉水冷渣口用于冲天炉的技术方案,基于炉工经验详细说明了连续出铁/出渣装置的操作技术要点。最后指出:水冷长炉龄冲天炉使用何种连续出铁/出渣装置对炉龄有直接影响,需要铸造厂在水冷冲天炉项目设计前期根据各自对炉龄的要求、炉工的操作经验等因素慎重选择;另外,能否正确操作使用连续出铁/出渣装置对有关装置的实际使用效果有决定意义。Around the furnace age problem of water-cooled long age cupola,three kinds of continuous iron tapping/slag tapping devices of water-cooled long age cupola were analyzed,including continuous iron tapping/slag tapping device before furnace,iron tapping device before furnace and slag tapping device behind furnace and pressure slag separator,the characteristics and properties of the three devices were described,the technical scheme of using the water-cooled slag outlet of the blast furnace to the cupola was proposed.Based on the cupola operator's experience,the key technical points of continuous iron tapping/slag tapping device operation were described in detail.Finally,it was pointed out that the kind of continuous iron tapping/slag tapping device used in the water-cooled long age cupola had a direct influence on the age of the furnace,and the foundry needed in the early stage of the water-cooled cupola project design to carefully select according to the cupola age requirement and the experience of operators.In addition,whether correct the operation of the continuous iron tapping/slag tapping device would decide the actual usage effect of the relevant device.
