摘 要:为研制一种高性能绿色环保光固化防腐涂料,选用质子酸(特戊酸、乳酸和2,2-二羟甲基丙酸)与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)先发生开环反应引入光敏基团,再与焦磷酸磷酸化改性制备了一系列不同磷酸根含量的光敏磷酸酯,将其用于掺杂聚苯胺(PANI),并将掺杂聚苯胺作为防腐填料制备UV固化防腐涂料。通过核磁共振氢谱和FT-IR证实光敏磷酸酯的成功制备。探究了光敏磷酸酯的掺杂对聚苯胺分散性的影响,以及光敏磷酸酯掺杂聚苯胺的加入对涂层光固化行为、附着力和防腐性能的影响。结果表明:随光敏磷酸酯中磷酸根含量的增加,掺杂聚苯胺在光固化涂层中的分散变佳。光敏磷酸酯掺杂PANI(≤2.0%,质量分数)的添加对涂层的光固化程度影响较小。掺杂聚苯胺的添加可以提高光固化涂层的附着力,且随着磷酸酯中磷酸根含量的增加,附着力从2.49 MPa上升至3.52 MPa。当掺杂剂中磷酸根含量最高时,所构筑的聚苯胺光固化涂层表现出最佳的耐腐蚀性,3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡30 d后|Z|0.1 Hz高于109Ω·cm^(2),划痕盐雾400 h后涂层仅划痕处出现腐蚀迹象。A series of photosensitive phosphate was synthesized via a ring-opening reaction of protic acids(pivalic acid,lactic acid and 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid)and glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)and the subsequent phosphorylation with pyrophosphoric acid.The as-prepared photosensitive phosphate was employed to dope PANI,which was used as anticorrosive fillers to prepare UV-curable anticorrosive coatings.The successful preparation of photosensitive phosphate was confirmed by 1H NMR and FT-IR.The dispersion behavior of photosensitive phosphate ester doped polyaniline was investigated.The results showed that the doping of PANI by photosensitive phosphate with higher content of phosphate could enhance the dispersion of PANI in the UV-cured coating.The influence of the incorporation of doped polyaniline on the UV-curing behavior,coating adhesion and corrosion resistance of the UV curable coating were studied.The gel content test results showed that the addition of photosensitive phosphate doped PANI(≤2.0%)had little effect on the curing degree of the coating.The adhesion performance of the UV-cured coating was improved with the addition of doped PANI,which increased from 2.49 MPa to 3.52 MPa with the increase of the phosphate content in the phosphate ester.The corrosion resistance of the coating was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and salt spray experiments.At optimum conditions,the 30 d|Z|0.1 Hz value of the UV-cured coating with doped PANI was still higher than 109Ω·cm^(2) after immersion,suggesting the significantly enhanced anti-corrosion performance with the incorporation of photosensitive phosphate PANI.
