摘 要:为提高水性无机富锌涂层的防腐性能,以高模数硅酸钾溶液和氟碳乳液为成膜物质,片状锌粉为主要功能填料,并添加适量还原氧化石墨烯分散液作为辅助填料,制备了硅酸盐水性无机富锌涂料。采用物理性能测试、电化学测试、盐雾试验等测试方法,探究了还原氧化石墨烯添加量对涂层防腐性能的影响。结果表明:加入适量还原氧化石墨烯,可以增强水性无机富锌涂料的防腐性能,当涂料中还原氧化石墨烯分散液添加量达到6%时,涂层的力学性能及耐腐蚀性最佳,经过腐蚀后的主要腐蚀产物为Zn_(5)(OH)_(8)Cl_(2)和ZnO。In order to improve the anticorrosion performance of waterborne inorganic zinc rich coatings,silicate waterborne inorganic zinc-rich coatings were prepared by using high modulus potassium silicate solution and fluorocarbon emulsion as film-forming materials,flake zinc powder as main functional filler and appropriate amount of reduced graphene oxide dispersion as auxiliary filler.Physical properties test,electrochemical test,salt spray test and other test methods were used to explore the influence of different addition amounts of reduced graphene oxide on the corrosion resistance of the coating.The results showed that the addition of appropriate amount of reduced graphene oxide could enhance the corrosion resistance of waterborne inorganic zinc-rich coatings.When the amount of reduced graphene oxide dispersion in the coating reaches 6%,the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the coating were the best.The main corrosion products of the coating after corrosion were Zn_(5)(OH)_(8)Cl_(2) and ZnO.
