摘  要:为了解决成熟生产线车身水性珠光色漆在量产初期出现气泡的问题,从设备、工艺条件、材料3个方面进行测试验证并分析产生气泡的原因。测试发现,通过降低机器人喷涂流量和旋杯转速、提高色漆闪干温度、降低烘烤温度、色漆中添加1%H-7消泡剂均可有效减少面漆漆膜中气泡的数量。根据以上测试结果,制定了可实施的方案,有效解决了气泡问题,为以后生产及其他主机厂再次出现此类质量问题提供了调查方法和解决方案。At the beginning of mass production,the bubbles in waterborne top coat appeared on the mature production line,which seriously affected the efficiency of production.In this paper,the equipment,process conditions,materials and other aspects were tested and the reasons were speculated and analyzed.It was found that the number of bubbles in the waterborne paint could be effectively reduced by reducing the robot spraying flow rate and rotating speed of the rotating cup,increasing the flash drying temperature,reducing the baking temperature,and adding 1%H-7 defoamer.According to the results,practical measures had been formulated to effectively solve the occurrence of bubbles,which provided investigation methods and solutions for future production and other manufacturers to reoccur such related quality problems.
