摘 要:洞庭湖是长江流域生态安全的重要屏障,对防洪、粮食安全、区域经济发展具有重要的作用。针对2022年洞庭湖主汛期出现历史最低水位的现象,从“四水”来水、四口分流变化分析其原因,探讨了低水位对水资源、水环境和水生态带来的不利影响,提出“引、蓄、调、拦”等综合治理对策建议,为加快复苏洞庭湖综合功能提供参考。As an essential ecological barrier for the safety of the Yangtze River Basin,Dongting Lake plays a crucial role in flood control,food security,and regional economic development.In 2022 during the main flood sea-son,Dongting Lake experienced historically low water levels.To investigate the cause of this historical low water level,we analyze the changes in water supply by the four rivers and variations in the diversion of the four outlets.We discuss the adverse impact of low water level on water resources,water environment,and aquatic ecosystems in the area,and suggest comprehensive governance measures such as integrated water management approaches involving diversion,storage,regulation,and interception.Our research provides insight for accelerating the recovery of the overall functionality of Dongting Lake.
