三峡外迁移民社区融合现状与测度实证研究

摘　　要：三峡工程对我国经济和社会发展做出了重要贡献,三峡库区外迁移民的社区融合问题一直是国家关注重点。利用2021年重庆市、湖北省、河南省三省市8个典型三峡移民社区1204名外迁移民调查数据,从经济融合、公共服务整合、文化交融和心理认同四个方面对三峡外迁移民社区融合现状进行测度分析。结果表明:三峡外迁移民总体社区融合程度良好。从具体维度来看,外迁移民经济融合、公共服务整合和心理认同三个方面融合程度高,而文化交融程度较为一般,移民与社区间的文化交流有待加强。The Three Gorges Project has been an essential contributor to China's economic and social development.Community integration for relocated residents from the Three Gorges Reservoir area remains a significant concern for the government.According to survey data collected from 1204 relocated residents in eight typical communities in Chongqing,Hubei and Henan provinces in 2021,we examined the current state of community integration from four perspectives:economic integration,integration of public services,cultural assimilation,and psychological identification.Results demonstrate that the community integration for relocated residents from the Three Gorges area is positive in general.Specifically,respondents report high levels of satisfaction with economic integration,public services integration,and psychological identification,but there is scope for improvement in cultural exchange between residents and their new communities.
