摘  要:我国正在进口更多的液化天然气(LNG),并在沿海地区加速建造LNG接收及贮存设施。为了提高LNG储罐在服役期内的抗震可靠性,许多储罐采用了隔震技术,随着大型LNG储罐的建造数量和运行年限增加,LNG储罐隔震支座将出现破损和老化,更换将成为必然要求。为了验证LNG储罐隔震支座更换的可行性,并探索LNG储罐隔震支座更换方法,采用缩尺模型施工模拟试验的方法对上述问题进行了研究,建立了LNG储罐隔震支座模拟更换试验平台,设计了3种LNG储罐隔震支座更换及监测方案,对3种方案进行了隔震支座模拟更换施工试验研究,并对这3种方案进行了技术分析、经济性分析与工期分析。研究结果表明:①同步顶升更换方案、凿除法更换方案、预设可更换结构更换方案均是适用的;②同步顶升法可以做到在结构无损的情况下对隔震支座进行更换,但其技术复杂程度高、技术难度大、作业要求最高;③凿除法是一种免顶升的隔震支座更换方案,技术难度低,但更换效率低;④预设可更换结构的隔震支座更换方案技术难度低、经济性最好,支座更换效率最快。结论认为,该研究成果填补了国内外在LNG储罐隔震支座更换领域的技术空白,为LNG储罐隔震支座更换方案形成、监测体系的建立以及施工作业提供有益参考,对持续保障隔震LNG储罐的抗震安全性能具有重要指导意义。China is importing more liquefied natural gas(LNG)and accelerating the construction of LNG terminals and storage facilities in coastal areas.In order to improve the seismic reliability of LNG storage tanks during their service lives,isolation bases are widely used.With the increase of the number of large LNG storage tanks and their operating years,the isolation bases are damaged and aged,so their replacement is necessary.A scaled model simulation method was used to study and validate the viability and ways of the replacement,and a simulated replacement test platform was built.Furthermore,three replacement and monitoring schemes(synchronous lifting,chiseling,and preset replaceable structure)were designed and tested to understand their processes,economics and duration.The results show that all three schemes are applicable.Synchronous lifting makes the base replacement possible without damaging the whole structure,but it is challenging for high technical complexity,operation difficulty and operational requirements.Chiseling enables an easy replacement of base without the necessity of lifting,but it is less efficient.Preset replaceable structure is technically easy,with the highest economy and efficiency in contrast to the other two schemes.The research findings fill the gap in the replacement of isolation base of LNG storage tanks,provide a valuable reference for the forming of isolation base replacement schemes,monitoring system and operation,and is of great significance in continuously ensuring the seismic reliability of LNG storage banks.
