摘 要:为给消落带的生态修复和优良池杉(Taxodium distichum var.imbricatum)种质资源发掘提供参考,以广西凭祥(GXPX)、江西分宜(JXFY)和浙江安吉(ZJAJ)3个种源池杉幼苗为对象,通过不同深度浸没模拟淹水胁迫,测定各种源叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性物质含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和抗氧化酶活性等生理指标,并运用主成分分析和隶属函数分析法评价各种源的耐淹性,探究不同种源池杉幼苗在淹水胁迫下的生理响应及耐淹性差异。结果表明,随淹水深度增加,3个种源池杉幼苗叶片中的各叶绿素含量均呈先升后降的趋势;MDA、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性均呈先降后升的趋势;JXFY和GXPX种源的过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈上升趋势,ZJAJ种源则呈先降后升的趋势。综合分析表明,3个种源池杉幼苗的耐淹性表现为GXPX(0.886)>JXFY(0.376)>ZJAJ(0.042)。3个种源池杉幼苗在轻度淹水胁迫下均表现出较好适应性,在重度淹水胁迫下受到抑制与损害,广西凭祥种源的耐淹性最强。In order to provide reference for ecological restoration of water-level fluctuation zones and explora⁃tion of excellent germplasm resources of Taxodium distichum var.imbricatum,taking Guangxi Pingxiang(GX⁃PX),Jiangxi Fenyi(JXFY)and Zhejiang Anji(ZJAJ)provenances as objects,by immersion at different heights to simulate flooding stress,contents of chlorophyll,soluble substances,MDA and antioxidant enzyme activities of all provenances under different flooding stresses were determined.Flooding resistance was evaluated by prin⁃cipal component and membership analysis.Results showed that with deepening of flooding,contents of chloro⁃phyll increased firstly and then decreased,and contents of MDA,soluble sugar,soluble protein and SOD,APX activities decreased firstly and then increased.POD activities of JXFY and GXPX provenances increased,which of ZJAJ decreased firstly and then increased with deepening of flooding.Comprehensive analysis showed that the order of flood resistance of three provenances was GXPX(0.886)>JXFY(0.376)>ZJAJ(0.042).T.dis⁃tichum var.imbricatum seedling from three provenances showed preferable adaptability under mild flooding,but suffered inhibition amd damage under severe flooding.Flooding resistance of GXPX was the best.
