摘  要:为提高阴香(Cinnamomum burmannii)叶片精油得率,在蒸馏前采用超声辅助处理叶片,并在蒸馏过程中添加经过筛选的无机盐助剂,通过正交试验研究各因子对精油得率的影响,优化阴香叶片精油提取工艺。结果显示,相同浓度的不同无机盐助剂对精油得率影响显著,其中KCl效果较好;正交试验结果显示,各因素对阴香精油提取率的影响为C(蒸馏时间)>A(超声功率)>D(助剂KCl浓度)>B(超声时间);最佳工艺组合为A_(4)B_(3)C_(4)D_(2),即采用超声功率700 W处理叶片20min,蒸馏75 min,添加5g/L KCl助剂,在此条件下提取精油的平均得率为0.4221%,比对照提高17.61%。In order to improve yield of essential oil from Cinnamomum burmannii leaves,leaves were treated by ultrasound before distillation,and selected inorganic salt additive was added in distillation process.Effects of various factors on essential oil yield were studied by orthogonal experiment and extracting process was opti⁃mized.Results showed that different inorganic salt additives with the same concentration had significant effects on essential oil yield,and KCl was better.Results of orthogonal experiment showed that effects of various fac⁃tors on essential oil yield were C(distillation time)>A(ultrasonic power)>D(KCl concentration)>B(ultrason⁃ic time),and the best combination was A_(4)B_(3)C_(4)D_(2),which was that leaves were treated by ultrasonic power 700 W for 20 min,distillation time was 75 min,and 5 g/L KCl was added.In this condition,average essential oil yield was 0.4221%,which was 17.61%higher than control.
