摘  要:以水溶性磷酸盐、铬酸盐为黏结剂,分别以CoNiCrAlY金属粉末和云母粉为主要填料,制备了无机高耐蚀防护底漆与面漆,用于镍基粉末高温合金的热腐蚀防护。对采用简单的空气喷涂工艺获得的复合涂层的附着力和耐热腐蚀性能进行了测试。在拉开测试中,底漆的破坏强度为24.82 MPa,100%内聚破坏,而底漆+面漆的破坏强度为13.62 MPa,30%为底漆和面漆的附着破坏,70%为面漆的内聚破坏。760℃热震测试后复合涂层无剥落。以亚硫酸钠和硫酸钙的混合物在704℃下进行10个循环热腐蚀测试后基体未发生腐蚀。An inorganic highly anticorrosive primer and topcoat were prepared with water-soluble phosphate and chromate as binder and CoNiCrAlY powder and mica as filler,which could be used for protecting powder metallurgy nickel-based superalloys from thermal corrosion.The adhesion and high-temperature corrosion resistance of the composite coating obtained by convenient air spraying process were tested.The breaking strength was 24.82 MPa for the primer with 100%cohesive failure of the primer,and 13.62 MPa for the combination of the primer and topcoat with 30%adhesive failure between them and 70%cohesive failure of the topcoat.There was no peeling for the composite coating after thermal shock test at 760℃.The substrate was not corroded after 10 cycles of thermal corrosion test at 704℃.
