摘  要:大型仪器平台在高校科技创新中发挥着不可替代的作用,也是培养创新型人才的重要途径之一。高校大型仪器平台在科学构建实践育人新模式背景下面临着机遇和挑战,以天津大学分析测试中心电感耦合等离子体质谱大型仪器平台为例,介绍了校级公共平台在创新型人才培养方面开展的探索,详细阐述了基于大型仪器平台的创新性实践项目的设计和开展实例。依托实践项目,大型仪器平台在创新人才培养方面取得了实质性成效,具有较好的示范及推广意义。The large-scale instrument platform plays an important role in scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities.It is also a training base to cultivate innovative talents.This paper discusses the opportunities and challenges which the large-scale the instrument platform in colleges and universities is facing under the background of scientifically constructing the new mode of practical education.Taking the inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)large-scale instrument platform of the analysis and testing center of Tianjin University as an example,the exploration of the university level public platform in the cultivation of innovative talents is introduced.The design and development example of innovative practical projects based on the large-scale instrument platform is expounded in detail.Relying on the practical projects,the ICP-MS instrument platform has achieved substantial results in the cultivation of innovative talents,which has good demonstration and promotion significance.
