完带汤联合复方沙棘籽油栓对外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨完带汤联合复方沙棘籽油栓对外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者的临床疗效、阴道微生态环境平衡及阴道分泌物炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2019年3月~2021年12月期间本院妇产科收治的120例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组给予复方沙棘籽油栓治疗,观察组在此基础上加服完带汤,均连续治疗2周。比较两组临床疗效、阴道微生态环境指标(分泌物pH、阴道分泌物评分)以及阴道分泌物炎症因子[白介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率(91.67%)高于对照组(73.33%,P<0.05);两组阴道微生态环境以及IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:完带汤联用复方沙棘油栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者疗效显著,可改善患者阴道微生态环境,降低阴道分泌物炎症因子水平,故可考虑临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wandai decoction combined with compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository,the balance of vaginal microecological environment and the effect on inflammatory factors in vaginal secretionin patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods:120 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from March 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository,and the observation group was treated with Wandai decoction on the basis of the treatment,and both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,vaginal microecological environment indicators(secretion pH,vaginal secretion score)and inflammatory factors invaginal secretion[interleukin-2(IL-2),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group(91.67%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%,P<0.05).The vaginal microecological environment and the levels of IL-2,TNF-αand IFN-γwere improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of the combination of Wandai decoction with compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository is significant,which can improve the vaginal microecological environment and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in vaginal secretion,so it can be considered for clinical application.
