摘　　要：由于产业转型,昆明产生了大量工业废弃地,不仅影响城市市容市貌,而且存在重大安全隐患,同时工业废弃地没有得到合理的再利用也给城市造成了土地资源的浪费。该文以昆钢重工研发中心为例,从“场所精神”理论的视角,探讨了工业废弃地的空间形态、场地边界、历史元素、场所肌理四个方面工业废弃地再利用设计策略;深层挖掘工业废弃地的多重感染力,丰富城市功能空间,打造好的生活品质,提高城市空间形象度;同时通过对城市建设废弃地的再利用设计策略进行探讨与实践,期待实践成果可以为城市的废弃地再利用提供一定的参考价值和借鉴意义以及实践的示范作用。Due to the industrial transformation,a large number of industrial wastelands have been produced in Kunming,which not only affects the city appearance and features,but also has significant potential safety hazards.At the same time,the industrial wastelands have not been reasonably reused,causing waste of land resources in the city.Therefore,taking the Kunming Steel Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Group Co.,Ltd.R&D Center as an example,from the perspective of the"spirit of place"theory,we discuss the reuse design strategy of industrial wasteland in four aspects:spatial form,site boundary,historical elements and site texture.Then we deeply tap the multiple appeal of industrial wasteland,enrich the urban functional space,create a good quality of life,and improve the image of urban space.At the same time,through the discussion and practice of the reuse design strategy of urban construction waste land,we expect that the practical results can provide a certain reference value and significance for the reuse of urban waste land,as well as the demonstration role of practice.
