摘　　要：布尼亚病毒目下属多个病毒科(属)的病毒对人和动物具有烈性感染致病能力或潜在的感染致病风险。本文以常见的感染动物和人兽共患的布尼亚病毒为重点,介绍了卡奇谷病、赤羽病、施马伦贝格病、绵羊内罗毕病、克里米亚-刚果出血热和裂谷热的临床诊断和实验室检测方法,对布尼亚病毒感染引起的市场生物安全防控工作具有重要意义。Viruses belonging to several viral families(genera)of the order Bunyaviruses have the virulent infectivity to humans and animals or the potential risk of infection.Focusing on the common Bunyaviruses that infects animals,this paper introduces the clinical diagnosis and laboratory detection methods of Kaki Valley disease,red feather disease,Schmarenberg disease,Nairobi disease of sheep,Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever and Rift Valley fever,which is of great significance to the prevention and control of animal disease caused by Bunyaviruses infection.
