摘　　要：化学消毒剂是指用于杀灭传播媒介上的病原微生物,使其达到无害化要求的制剂。是人们日常消毒中最为常用的消毒制剂,为预防控制医院感染和传染病的传播流行发挥了重要作用。与抗生素等药物不同,它在疾病防控中的主要作用是将病原微生物消灭于人体之外,切断传染病的传播途径,达到控制传染病的目的。本文主要介绍了化学消毒剂的分类、发展、应用以及消毒效果评价的主要试验内容和发展趋势,为人们日常选取合适消毒剂科学进行合理消毒提供参考依据。Chemical disinfectants refer to the preparations used to kill pathogenic microorganisms on the transmission media and make them harmless.They are the most commonly used disinfection preparations in the Daily disinfection,which play an important role in preventing and controlling the spread of nosocomial infections and infectious diseases.Different from medicine such as antibiotics,its main role in disease prevention and control is to destroy pathogenic microorganisms outside the human body,cut off the transmission of infectious diseases,to achieve the purpose of controlling infectious diseases.In this paper,the classification,development,application of chemical disinfectants and the main test content and development trend of the disinfectant effect evaluation technology were mainly introduced,in order to provide reference to choose appropriate disinfectant for reasonable disinfection in daily life.
