摘 要:针对高比例掺烧污泥的循环流化床锅炉污泥热值不稳定、床温飙升、炉渣含碳量高、烟道积灰严重、低温过热器超温等问题,文章分析该锅炉与普通流化床锅炉的不同燃烧特点,采用提高首次投泥床温、加大床层热惯性、增加泥煤掺烧比例和床温速率测点、优化锅炉跳闸逻辑、增加一次风量和锅炉吹灰频次、令低温过热器管壁刻意结垢等措施进行调试。现场调试结果证明以上方法有效。Aiming at the problems of unstable sludge calorific value of sludge blended with high proportion of sludge,significant increase of bed temperature,high carbon content of slag,serious ash accumulation in the flue and over-temperature of low temperature superheater in circulating fluidized bed boiler,this paper analyzes the different combustion characteristics of this boiler and other common fluidized bed boilers,and adopts the measures of increasing the bed temperature of first sludge feeding,increasing the thermal inertia of bed,increasing the proportion of sludge blending and bed temperature rate measuring point,optimizing the logic of boiler tripping,increasing the The commissioning was carried out by increasing the primary air volume and boiler soot blowing frequency,and allowing the low-temperature superheater tube wall to be deliberately scaled.The field commissioning results prove that the above measures are effective.
