数字经济对全球价值链前向嵌入度的影响研究——基于制度质量的影响

摘　　要：随着国际化分工的深入,全球价值链的快速发展伴随着数字经济的创新与成熟。而制度作为一种根本性的比较优势,在其中所扮演的角色却甚少有人探究。本文通过构造数字经济发展水平指标体系,测算了世界投入产出表(WIOD)中38个主要国家的数字经济发展水平,研究发现,数字经济的发展通过改善资源配置效率与提升技术创新转化能力两条路径对全球价值链前向嵌入度起到了正向促进作用,在进行稳健性与内生性处理后结论依旧成立;在考察法治制度质量的门槛效应时,发现数字经济发展对于全球价值链前向嵌入度的促进效应随着制度质量的改善得以提升,但在不同国家发展水平、行业类型条件下结论存在异质性;最后,总结研究结果并提出相应政策建议。With the deepening of international division of labor,the rapid development of global value chain is accompanied by the innovation and maturity of digital economy.This paper estimates the development level of digital economy in 38 major countries in the World Input-Output Database(WIOD)by constructing the index system of digital economy development.Besides the systematic analysis of the effect of digital economy development on the forward participation of global value chains,this paper examines the threshold effect of institutional quality.The statistics shows that the development of digital economy has played a positive role in promoting the forward participation of global value chains,and the conclusion still holds after the robustness and endogeneity treatment.In addition,when examining the threshold effect of institutional quality,we find that the promotion effect of digital economic development on the forward participation of global value chains is improved with the improvement of institutional quality,but the conclusion is heterogeneous under the conditions of different national development levels and industry types.Finally,this paper summarizes the research results and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
