摘  要:为探明外源2,4-表油菜素内酯(2,4-epibrassinolide,EBR)对桑树耐旱性的影响,以杂交桑为试验材料,研究外施不同浓度EBR对15%PEG6000胁迫下桑树幼苗根系生理特性的影响。结果表明:外施EBR能显著缓解干旱胁迫对桑苗根系生长的抑制,其鲜质量、干质量、总根长、表面积、根体积和平均直径比干旱胁迫下提高。与干旱胁迫处理相比,添加0.1μmol/L EBR使桑树幼苗根系产生O_(2)^(·-)活力、H_(2)O_(2)含量、产生·OH能力、丙二醛含量、电导率显著降低,同时使SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量显著增加。结果显示,0.1μmol/L EBR可以缓解15%PEG6000胁迫对桑树幼苗根系的伤害,增强其抗旱性。To illustrate the effect of exogenous 2,4-epibrassinolide(EBR)on the drought tolerance of mulberry,in this study,the effect of different concentrations of EBR on physiological characteristics of mulberry seedling roots under 15% PEG6000 stress were investigated by using hybrid mulberry as the experimental material.Results showed that exogenous 2,4-epibrassinolide could significantly alleviate the inhibition of drought stress on root growth of mulberry seedlings,the fresh weight,dry weight,total root length,surface area,root volume and average diameter of which all increased greatly compared with those under drought stress.With the addition of 0.1μmol/L 2,4-epibrassinolide,the O_(2)^(·-) activity,H_(2)O_(2) content,·OH production capacity,malondialdehyde content and electroconductibility of mulberry seedlings were significantly reduced while the activities of SOD,POD,CAT,and the contents of proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein increased significantly.The results indicated that 0.1μmol/L 2,4-episbrassinolide can enhance the drought resistance by alleviating the damage to root system of mulberry seedlings under 15%PEG6000 drought stress.
