摘  要:为进一步探索添食喂育法改性蚕丝的产业化可行性,选用纳米银(silver nanoparticles,AgNPs)作为添食材料,探究家蚕对AgNPs的吸收转化情况,并以普通桑叶饲喂得到的茧丝作为对照,研究改性茧丝的形貌、氨基酸组成、二级结构、结晶结构、力学性能、热学性能以及抗菌性能的变化。结果表明,AgNPs在家蚕体内转化率不高,大部分被排泄至体外,茧衣中AgNPs含量较高,茧层中AgNPs含量不高且受饲喂量影响。AgNPs添食喂育后,茧丝的表面形貌发生变化,且随添食量的增加变得愈加粗糙。茧丝氨基酸组成变化明显,疏水性与酸性氨基酸含量增加,甘氨酸、丙氨酸、丝氨酸等主要位于结晶区的氨基酸含量减少。改性后的茧丝基本结构及热学性能未发生改变,其力学性能及抗菌性能可在一定的添食条件下提高。研究结果可为AgNPs添食喂育法的科学研究与生产应用提供参考。tin order to further explore the industrialization feasibility of modified silk by different feeding methods,silver nanoparticles was selected as feeding material to explore the absorption and transformation in Bombyx mori.The morphology,amino acid composition,secondary structure,crystalline structure,mechanical properties,thermal properties and antibacterial properties of the modified silk were studied with the silk obtained by feeding with ordinary mulberry leaves as the control.The results showed that the conversion rate of silver nanoparticles in Bombyx mori was low,and most of them were excreted from the body.The content of silver nanoparticles in cocoon outer floss was relatively higher,but that in cocoon shell was low and was affected by feeding amount.After feeding,the surface morphology of silk changed and became rougher with the increase of feeding amount.The amino acid composition of silk changed significantly,and the contents of hydrophobic and acidic amino acids increased,while the contents of amino acids such as glycine,alanine and serine mainly located in the crystalline region decreased.The basic structure and thermal properties of the modified silk were not changed,and the mechanical properties and antibacterial properties were improved under certain feeding conditions.The results can provide reference for the scientific research and productive application of silver nanoparticles feeding method.
