水-无水乙醇标定法测定液体二氧化硫中微量水分

摘  要:针对直接用水作标准物标定卡尔·费休试剂的滴定度的方法,测定液体二氧化硫产品中微量水分含量时,因水的用量少造成计量相对误差大,以及环境空气中水分对测定结果影响大的问题,采用不同标准溶液代替直接用水标定卡尔·费休试剂滴定度的方法,进行了液体二氧化硫产品中微量水分含量测定的比对实验。结果表明,采用水-无水乙醇标准溶液标定卡尔·费休试剂滴定度时,液体二氧化硫产品中微量水分的质量分数为0.151×10^(-3),标准偏差为0.007×10^(-3),准确度和精密度均优于GB/T 3637-2011的方法;样品用量约35 g时标准偏差为0.002×10^(-3),精密度更高。Aiming at the method of directly using water as the standard substance to calibrate the titration degree of Karl Fischer reagent,when measuring the trace moisture content in liquid sulfur dioxide products,the relative error in measurement caused by the small amount of water in the method is large,and the water in the ambient air has a great influence on the measurement results.The method of calibrating the titration degree of Karl Fischer reagent with different standard solutions instead of directly using water was used to carry out the comparison experiment for the determination of trace moisture content in liquid sulfur dioxide products.The results showed that when the titration of Karl Fischer reagent was calibrated by water-anhydrous ethanol standard solution,the determination result of trace moisture content in liquid sulfur dioxide product was 0.151×10^(-3),the standard deviation was 0.007×10^(-3),and the accuracy and precision were better than those of GB/T 3637-2011.The standard deviation is 0.002×10^(-3)when the sample dosage is about 35 g,and the precision is higher.
