摘  要:为提升某460 kt/a离子膜烧碱装置的自动化水平,稳定产品品质、降低能耗物耗,结合精良装备改造、完善基础自动化改造,开发了离子膜烧碱装置全流程、全过程无人控制的零手动操作系统。实际应用结果表明,DCS操作量降低到0次;关键控制指标(液碱含量、电解槽温度)的标准方差降低了40.00%以上,一期~四期碱液的NaOH的质量分数分别降低0.29%、0.32%、0.38%、0.02%,平均降低0.26%;树脂塔每月可减少再生约4次,每月减少消耗纯水690 m3、盐酸12 m3和液碱10.52 m3。整个装置每年可实现节能降耗创造的经济效益约为277.65万元。不仅装置自动化水平显著提升,还实现了增产增效、节能降耗。In order to improve the automation level of a 460 kt/a ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant,stabilize product quality and reduce energy consumption and material consumption,a zero-manual operation system for the whole process and unmanned control of the whole process of the ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant was developed in combination with the transformation of excellent equipment and the improvement of basic automation.The practical application results show that the DCS operation is reduced to 0 times;the standard deviation of the key control indexes(liquid alkali content,electrolytic cell temperature)was reduced by more than 40.00%,and the mass fraction of NaOH in the first stage to the fourth stage was reduced by 0.29%,0.32%,0.38%and 0.02%,respectively,with an average decrease of 0.26%.The resin tower can reduce regeneration about 4 times per month,and reduce the consumption of pure water 690 m3,hydrochloric acid 12 m3 and liquid alkali 10.52 m3 per month.The economic benefit created by the whole device for energy saving and consumption reduction is about 2.7765 million yuan per year.Not only the automation level of the device is significantly improved,but also the production efficiency,energy saving and consumption reduction are realized.
