摘 要:采用室温原位沉淀法制备Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2),以罗丹明B(RhB)为目标污染物,研究所制备催化剂的可见光光催化性能。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、氮气吸附-脱附、瞬态光电流等对催化剂的结构、形貌、元素价态、比表面积和催化反应过程中光生载流子分离效率等进行表征分析。可见光照射时,样品产生了明显的光电流,说明样品具有可见光响应,催化剂合成成功并可应用于可见光催化反应。可见光照射30 min后,Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2)对20 mg/L RhB的去除率为89.76%,反应速率常数k值为0.069 min^(-1)。合成的催化剂Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2)由微纳米片状结构组成,存在纳米团簇现象。催化剂的孔径分布主要集中在5~10 nm,比表面积为32.52 m^(2)/g。Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2)禁带宽度值约为2.31 eV,载流子的平均寿命为40.44 ns。Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2) was prepared by in-situ precipitation at room temperature and rhodamine B(RhB)was used as the target pollutant to study the photocatalytic performance of the prepared catalyst under visible light.XRD,SEM,XPS,nitrogen adsorption-desorption and transient photocurrent were used to characterize the structure,morphology,elemental valence state,specific surface area and photocarrier separation efficiency of the catalyst during the catalytic reaction.The results showed that after visible light irradiation for 30 min,the removal rate of 20 mg/L RhB by Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2) was 89.76%,and the reaction rate constant k value was 0.069 min^(-1).The synthesized catalyst Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2) was composed of nano-flake structure with nano-cluster phenomenon.The pore size distribution of the catalyst mainly concentrates on 5-10 nm,and the specific surface area is 32.52 m^(2)/g.The gap width of Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2) is about 2.31 eV,and the average lifetime of the carrier is 40.44 ns.Under visible light irradiation,the sample produced obvious photocurrent,indicating that the sample has visible light response,and the catalyst was successfully synthesized and can be used in visible light catalytic reaction.
